Ta’lor McFarland graduated cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Crime Scene Investigation. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. While at Barry University, Ta’lor served on the Moot Court Honor’s Board where she competed in several appellate oral advocacy competitions and was recognized for her legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Ta’lor also served as a Senior Editor on the Barry Law Review Journal in which her article was selected for publication. Ta’lor not only excels academically but also enjoys working with under privileged children in the greater Orlando area with the Shoes for Kids organization.
Prior to joining Webster Law Group, Ta’lor served as a law clerk to a sitting Orange County Court Judge, a certified legal intern representing juvenile offenders in delinquency proceedings, and also worked with the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) as a student intern with the Office of General Counsel. Ta’lor is dedicated to meeting client expectations while maintaining integrity. Currently Ta’lor focuses on civil defense litigation in the area of personal injury to include slip-and-falls, auto accidents, and various other negligence cases. In her spare time, Ta’lor coaches moot court competition teams and enjoys sporting events with her family.
