Gary Drake

Senior Paralegal Gary Drake has been a member of the firm since 1991. Gary graduated with honors from the School of Paralegal Studies, in association with the University of Santa Clara School of Law, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara, California. Gary has enjoyed his twenty-plus years of experience dedicated to working closely with clients and providing guidance and professional assistance in various areas of law ranging from complex Civil Litigation, involving Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice and Professional Negligence, Personal Injury, Florida State Workers’ Compensation Claims and Federal Workers’ Compensation Claims encompassing the Federal Employment Compensation Program, Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Claims and Defense Base Act Claims.

Gary and his wife enjoy travel, music, movies, golf and spending time with family, friends and their rescue puppies.
