The firm’s managing partner, Sage Morris-Webster, has been with the firm since 2000. Sage holds a B.S. from Florida State University and her JD from Stetson University of Law, where she served as Student Bar Association Vice President and President. In her final year of law school, Sage was the recipient of the Anthony S. Battagaglia Excellence in Leadership Award. The award is given to a student who, in the opinion of the dean, faculty, and his or her classmates, has exemplified outstanding qualities of professionalism and has the greatest promise of becoming an outstanding leader in the legal profession. The recipient should also have demonstrated a commitment to the study of law as well as a commitment to service within the legal community.
Prior to joining Webster Law Group, Sage was an Assistant State Attorney in Orange and Osceola Counties, working with the Domestic Violence Special Prosecutor as well as the Child Abuse/Sex Crimes Special Prosecutor.
Sage’s areas of expertise are Personal Injury Litigation, Workers' Compensation Defense and Contract and Real Estate Litigation. She is a seasoned litigator and continually strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
In her free time, Sage enjoys spear diving, traveling and skiing. The skills she uses in the courtroom are put to the test in her personal life as she coaches her daughter’s basketball teams. Sage, her husband Jamie Barati, and their children, Kaia and Reef, live in Orlando.
